Italian Brazilian Bela Saona, the lead singer in the electro-rock band The Fire and Reason is ready for her moment under the spotlight. Since 2006, Bella and her band partner Steve Narvaez (from Ecuador) have recorded singles in English, Spanish (Mi Corazon) and Portuguese (Preste Atençao, Bomba), and have built a large fan base by playing in almost all urban markets in the United States.

With a repertoire ranging from Brazilian Bossa nova, Samba and MPB (Brazilian popular music), to American favorites and some of her own compositions, Marianni returns to the New Your house that helped build her East Coast fan base. Marianni has performed live at Zinc several times since her debut album Swimming to the Moon came out in 2005.

And with a large dancing space right in front of the stage, master dance teacher Danielle Lima will give a lesson on how to dance samba – minutes before Mr. Simas and his band enter the stage.
